He charged us for two crowns at €400 each and it took approximately 4 hours and several days of subsequent touch-ups to improve the poor result, in which he charged us €300 again. When we put the orthodontics on last week we discovered that they were not crowns, but composite fillings. I have everything documented. I have filed a complaint with the dental school, which I will do unless Sandra Eugenia contacts me to resolve it.
